Dynamos superfan Mugadza who died seven months ago to be buried today

Dynamos superfan Freddy ‘Pasuwa’ Mugadza will be laid to rest today, seven months after his death.

Mugadza, who was also known as the Chairman, succumbed to a heart attack in the United States of America on the 13th of April. His remains arrived in the country this week and will be buried at Glen Forest Memorial Park in Harare.

“The body of the late Dynamos and Warriors super fan Chairman Freddy ‘Pasuwa’ Mugadza is now home,” Dynamos said in a statement.

“He will be laid to rest at Glen Forest Memorial Park today at 2 PM. The Chairman passed away seven months ago.”

The repatriation of Mugadza’s body was delayed due to lack of funds. This forced the family to seek assistance before the coronavirus pandemic also affected the process.
