Kaizer Chiefs have officially announced Stuart Baxter as their new coach.

Baxter is replacing Gavin Hunt who was sacked last month due to poor results.He has signed a two-year contract with an option to have it extended by a further two seasons.

The Briton, a fan favourite at Chiefs, was first at the club between 2012-2015 and guided them to two league titles, a Nedbank Cup and MTN 8 triumph before resigning.

His immediate task is to try and take the Glamour Boys all the way in the CAF Champions League with his predecessor having guided the club to the semi-finals.
