Zimbabweans endured a weekend of mixed fortunes in leagues across Europe
Knowldge Musona (KV Oostende, Belgium)
Musona came in as an 83rd Substitute in Oostende’s 2-2 draw with Gent. Musona was introduced with Oostende trailing 2-1 and he was instrumental in creating pressure that led to a last minute goal by Mali’s Siani. The draw means Oostende slip 1 down to position 3 in the Belgium Pro League.
Marvelous Nakamba (Vitesse, Netherlands)
Nakamba started the match in a 3-1 loss to Dutch giants and Log Leaders Ajax Amsterdam. Nakamba struggled to command the midfielder like he has done in previous matches and was dully substituted in the 62nd minute.

Costa Nhamoinesu was a notable absentee in his team’s 3-0 win over relegation threatened Bohemias. The win put Sparta back to the summit of the log after slumping following last weekend’s defeat.
