Zimbabwe International Khama Billiat continues to shine as he has been awarded the ABSA Premiership Player of the month award for May.

Billiat who was also nominated for the ABSA Premiership player of the season award returned the award he scooped last month.

Billiat beat seven-player shortlist which included his teammates Hlompo Kekana, Thabo Nthete and Dennis Onyango, Thami Sangweni from Chippa United, the Bloemfontein Celtic duo of Lyle Lakay and Thapelo Morenaas well as Gabadinho Mhango of Golden Arrows.

Billiat’s coach at Sundowns, Pitso Mosimane also scooped his 2nd consecutive coach of the month award bagging the 6th overally
