SHABANIE Mine fans have made calls on the executive to step down after they posted a series of poor results.

The fans feel the current technical team isn’t good enough to help the side avoid relegation. After the Sunday’s 0-1 loss to ZPC Kariba, some infuriated fans called on the technical manager Taku Shariwa’s sucked.

“We are really hurt by our team’s performance, we really love our team but we feel this technical team won’t take us anywhere,’’ said one female fan.

“Shariwa should go, along with the people he came with, we cannot continue to suffer like this, being humiliated with all these losses.’’

For some fans, they think coach Luke Masomere is the answer to the team’s misfortunes.

“What Shariwa is doing is really hurting us, he had promised to win this one for us but he has failed to give us the desired results.

“Masomere should just come back to coach this team”, said another Shabanie faithful.

The Zvishavane team has went for four consecutive defeats. Their last win came in July during matchday 17 away to Yadah FC. This was also the last time they scored and went on to concede eight goals on the way – Herald
