Dube: Highlanders want to avoid becoming like Zimbabwe Saints

Highlanders chief executive officer Nhlanhla Dube has conceded that if they fail to make drastic decisions, the Bulawayo football giants are bound to go the Zimbabwe Saints way.

Saints, who were fondly known as Chauya Chikwata, are now defunct.

“We now need results and people should stop hiding behind their fingers. We can have one, two, three reasons, but you know what they say in baseball strike one, strike two, strike three you know what it means. We must find a breaking point. In the last strike we will have to make drastic measures because we can go the Zimbabwe Saints way,” said a fuming Dube whose sentiments came on the backdrop of three consecutive defeats that Bosso recently suffered at the hands of Chapungu, Tsholotsho FC and Ngezi Platinum.

Yesterday Chapungu edged the Bulawayo football giants 1-0.
