Dynamos coach Lloyd Mutasa chose to remain modest, ruling his side out of the title race yet despite mathematically being on top should they get maximum points of their game in hand.
Dynamos are currently on 48 points , three behind log leaders Chicken but still having three points in the offing from their abandoned game against Chapungu which was called off with them leading 4-0.
The Premier Soccer League disciplinary committee ruled that the remaining 34 minutes be played. Dynamos also still have a game in hand and should they collect all the six pints, they will be on 54 , three ahead of the Gamecocks.
Dynamos also enjoy a healthy goal difference but Mutasa says it’s still early to talk about the championship.
” Like I said before, we are still taking each game as it comes. We are facing another tough assignment in the form of Highlanders and maybe we will start talking about championship. I think the picture will be more clearer after that, ” said Mutasa.
Dynamos have been in terrific form winning all their last six encounters, scoring fifteen times in the process.
They have managed to keep four clean sheets in the process.
DeMbare ‘s last defeat was on 26 July when they lost 3-1 away to FC Platinum at Mandava stadium.
