CAPS United will be hoping to build from last weekend’s 1-0 win over Dynamos when the travel to the Colliery for a date with Hwange in a rescheduled Castle Lager Premier League match.
The Green Machine are looking to record their third straight win in order to keep the hopes of finishing the season in top four alive.
Tafadzwa Rusike was not part of the travelling squad while goalkeeper Edmore Sibanda will make his return after missing the harare derby on Sunday. Valentine Musarurwa is also available for selection after he served his suspension.
However their journey to Hwange will not be any easy one as the hosts are fighting relegation.
Chipangano is currently on third from bottom with 23 points. They were recently knocked out of the Chibuku Super Cup in the preliminary round. Coach Bigboy Mawiwi sees this Cup exit as a blessing in disguise as they will shift their attention to league.
Hwange has registered one win in their last five games.
Elsewhere, Dynamos will play the remainder of their abandoned encounter against Chapungu.
The game which was played for 56 minutes was abandoned after the goal post collapsed. The remainder will see the short return of Christian Epoupa Ntouba who is serving his ban for a red card received during the match against Highlanders.
On the other side, Chapungu are struggling to meet the conditions of the game which suggest that they should field the same players who played in the abandoned game. They are saying five of their players who were in the team in the first encounter are not available.
It still remains unknown whether they will be last minute changes to the conditions of the game to suit the needs of Chapungu.
Meanwhile a win for Dynamos will send them to the top of the log with 52 points. They will resume the match leading 4-0.
