Knowledge Musona was on the score sheet on his return from injury as his goal rescued a point for Oostende to draw 1-1 with Sporting Charleroi in a Belgian Pro League match played last night.

The forward has been hogged by injuries lately which at one point forced him out of two International friendlies against Lesotho and Namibia which Zimbabwe lost 1-0 and 3-1 respectively. Musona has been scoring crucial goals with this one earning a point as they slowly weave their way out of relegation.

Sporting Charleroi opened the scoring with just 3 minutes left of an entertaining first half.

Musona then equalised in the 57th minute earning his side a valuable point that takes them to 11th on the latest log standings.

The Zimbabwean international has now scored four goals this season as he approaches his 100th appearance milestone. It was Musona’s 95th game for KV Oostende since joining them in 2014.
