Maritzburg United’s chairman, Farook Kadodia revealed that he does not have any confirmed offer from Kaizer Chiefs for the services of Evans Rusike.

Chiefs are reported to have intensified their interest in the 27-year-old striker.

In an interview with Soccer Laduma, a South African football website, Kadodia said he has only received enquiries from overseas about the player.

“I will be honest with you, I don’t have any confirmed offers on the table, but I have got a few enquiries from overseas for Rusike,” said Kadodia.

Apart from Amakhosi, Rusike has also been linked with another ABSA Premiership side SuperSport United.
