Qarabag FK has officially submitted a bid to sign Mamelodi Sundowns attacker Khama Billiat, according to Goal South Africa.

A source told the football website that the Azerbaijan side is only waiting for a response from Sundowns regarding their offer.

“Qarabag FK have submitted their offer to Sundowns. They are only waiting for Sundowns to come back to them, but we’re told that they [Sundowns] are considering it,” said the source.

Sundowns risk losing the 27-year old forward for free at the end of the season if they fail to sell him in this current transfer window. He has entered the final six months of his contract with Sundowns, and can sign a pre-contract with any club.
