Highlanders have confirmed that Kindman Ndlovu will continue his duties as interim Chief Executive Officer.
Ndlovu, who assumed the role in April this year, announced his resignation last week, citing a fallout with club treasurer Nkani Khoza.
The CEO accused Khoza of creating a hostile environment and deliberately obstructing club operations.
A statement from Highlanders revealed that the board engaged with Ndlovu, and all issues have been resolved.
The club stated: “Highlanders Football Club wishes to inform its stakeholders that, following successful engagements, the executive member for technical and development, Kindman Ndlovu, will remain the acting CEO until a substantive CEO is appointed.
“Mr. Ndlovu retracts his resignation letter and apologizes to the executive member for finance, Nkani Khoza, and the club at large for any inconvenience caused by the resignation letter’s unfortunate leak to the public.
“The club leadership upholds the spirit of peace, tranquility, and respect for one another and the Highlanders brand.”
