Dynamos coach Saul Chaminuka has outlined the reasons behind his team’s ongoing difficulties in their fight to avoid relegation.

The Glamour Boys hit a new low after a 2-0 defeat to Herentals in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Matchday 19 clash at Rufaro Stadium on Saturday.

The loss piled further pressure on the struggling giants, who remain in the relegation zone in 17th place with 15 points.

Speaking to the media after the match, Chaminuka attributed the team’s poor run to their lack of clinical finishing in front of goal.

“We need to be more decisive in completing our chances,” Chaminuka said. “We’re playing well and creating opportunities, but we’re not converting them. At the end of the day, we have nothing to show for it. We must keep working hard.

“We’ve put in a lot of effort, and we’ll continue to focus on improving our finishing and scoring goals. Football is all about putting the ball in the net.”
