Munashe Garananga has scored his first ever goal in the Danish Superliga.
Garananga netted a powerful header from Jordan Larsson’s cross to equalise in Copenhagen’s 1-1 draw against Midtjylland on Sunday.
The Warriors defender, who joined Copenhagen in July last year after leaving Belgian side KV Mechelen, started on the bench and scored in the 80th minute — just 17 minutes after coming on. He was later shown a straight red card following a VAR review on a foul on opponent in the stoppage-time.
Garananga is part of the Warriors squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers Group C games against South Africa and Lesotho this week.
