Dynamos have officially announced the appointment of Romanian coach Aristica Cioaba as the club’s new Technical Director.

The Glamour Boys confirmed the appointment on Friday, with Cioaba taking up the role following a major shake-up in the club’s technical department.

His arrival comes after Dynamos suspended head coach Genesis Mangombe over allegations of insubordination, match-fixing and the use of juju.

Mangombe’s suspension has left the Harare giants searching for stability as they look to revive their fortunes for the remainder of the season, with Cioaba now expected to play a key role in overseeing the club’s technical affairs.

The former FC Platinum coach returns to Zimbabwean football with vast experience, having previously enjoyed successful spells in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.
