Hardrock FC and CAPS United shared the spoils in an entertaining 3-3 draw in their Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Matchday 21 encounter played on Sunday at Chahwanda Stadium.

The match featured several mid-season signings making their debuts, with goalkeeper Washington Arubi turning out for CAPS United, while Prince Dube, Gerald Takwara and Wilfred Madzungu made their first appearances for Hardrock.

It proved to be a dream debut for Madzungu, who came off the bench in the second half and scored a quickfire brace within five minutes to help his side earn a point.

Washington Navaya had given the hosts the lead in the 16th minute before CAPS United responded through Kudzai Chigwida, Obriel Chirinda and Chris Mugalu. Mugalu marked his return after missing the first half of the season by getting on the scoresheet.

The draw saw both Hardrock and CAPS United lose further ground in the title race, allowing Scottland to strengthen their position at the top of the table following their victory on Saturday.

At Rufaro Stadium, Dynamos returned to winning ways with a convincing 4-0 victory over Agama.

The Glamour Boys secured all three points courtesy of goals from Isaac Landu, Abel Gwatidzo and a brace from Frank Agyemang.

The match also marked Dynamos’ first under new head coach Aristica Cioaba, who was unveiled on Friday.

Meanwhile, at Barbourfields Stadium, Highlanders and Simba Bhora played out a 1-1 draw.

Blessed Ndereki gave Simba Bhora the lead before Royn Nyamono equalised for Bosso to ensure the points were shared.
