FC Platinum’s new head coach Thabo Senong and his assistant Reneilwe Letsholonyane have received their work permits and are now cleared to take charge of the team from the dugout.
The South African coaching duo will make their first official appearance on the touchline this afternoon when FC Platinum host Agama FC in a Premier Soccer League encounter.
Senong was appointed as FC Platinum’s new head coach late last month after the club parted ways with Joel Luphahla. His appointment was subject to the completion of registration formalities.
Letsholonyane, a former Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana midfielder, joined Senong as his assistant after a stint in Botswana.
Senong’s arrival marks his return to the Zimbabwean top-flight after his earlier stint with Highlanders ended abruptly earlier this year.
