Highlanders captain Innocent Mapuranga is not pressing any panic batons following the arrival of steely Warriors and former Chicken Inn defender Felix Chindungwe.
Chindungwe is one of the talented players who recently joined Bosso and has so far proved his worth in the pre-season matches.
With his best match so far being Highlanders win over FC Platinum in a friendly at Barbourfields. A number of fans saw the buying of Chindungwe as an indication that he would replace Mapuranga, by the skipper says he welcomes the competition.
“l not am scared of competition and l believe in myself. Competition in any given institution is very healthy,” said the veteran Bosso skipper.
If Chindungwe’s performances against FC Platinum and Chapungu are anything to go by, then the dreadlocked player has fitted into Highlanders system well so far.
