Mubaiwa: PSL teams should be consulted in decisions

mubaiwaDynamos chairman, Kenny Mubaiwa, who lost yesterday’s PSL elections to Twine Phiri, has said the league should consider consulting all the 16 clubs when making decisions rather than making going alone.

“Our league has not been administered professionally. All the 16 clubs need to be consulted when making decisions. You tend to hear that PSL as agreed terms with a sponsor while some clubs will be in the dark. That is not proper and it’s not fair,” said Mubaiwa.

Twine Phiri, who is also Caps United president, was on Sunday re-elected as PSL chairman after doing what many football stakeholders think was a sterling job in his first term of office. The Caps United supremo beat 12-3 giving him another four years on the post.
