Manchester City skipper Vincent Kompany believes his team is fully capable of hurting Barcelona and qualifying to the quarterfinals stage of the UEFA Champions League.
City lost the first leg 2-0 to the Spanish giants but Kompany believes they can pull out something special tonight and its far from over.
In a pre-match press conference, Kompany said, “Football is made out of nights like this,” said Kompany. “If anything should give you belief, then it should be that day against QPR. We’re here to try and have one of those special nights.
“It’s in our own hands and that’s the good thing, so I guess the message to everyone is that we have to believe.
“I’m actually very excited about this one and I think the whole team is. “If everything goes well, we’re capable of hurting Barcelona, so that’s what I want to focus on.
