Caps United have admitted being wary of Hwange’s prowess when the two teams clash at the National sports stadium, in the quarter finals of the Easycall Cup on Saturday.
The Green Machine haven’t always had it all their way when it comes to the coal miners and head coach Lloyd Chitembwe knows that if they are not careful they will kiss goodbye to any hopes of winning any silverware this season.
“Hwange is a good side and they always play well at home or away and we know they have caused us any problems, more so they are coming from a defeat so there is extra motivation for them to win.
“We have been playing well and unfortunately we haven’t scored enough goals upfront but we can always work on that, we definitely want to win this competition, and the way to do it starts this weekend.
“We have to get past our first hurdle before we think about anything else, we are taking each game as it comes and hopefully on Saturday we will have a positive result, ” said Chitembwe who saw his team draw the Harare Derby over the weekend when they had dominated the first half.
