Zimbabwean international Nyasha Mushekwi has reportedly resumed training with Mamelodi Sundowns.
Mushekwi has been out of competitive action following the expiry of his loan with Swedish side Djurgarden in August.
Mushekwi and Djurgarden had been keen on a permanent move or a loan extension but talks with Sundowns failed to yield results.
Mushekwi then returned to Sundowns but stopped training after growing frustrated with the club’s treatment of his situation.
But with a possible move in January on the cards Mushekwi has now returned to training with his parent club according South African publication Soccer Laduma.
Mushekwi is reportedly keen on being fit should an opportunity to join a club arise. During his dazzling form in Sweden where he struck 12 goals Mushekwi attracted the interest of European and North African clubs.
