Orlando Pirates head coach Eric Tinkler believes that players such as Tendai Ndoro need to seize the opportunity created by the departure of Kermit Erasmus.
Erasmus joined French side Rennes and seemed to caught Tinkler and Pirates by surprise. Despite admitting it was a great loss Tinkler says fringe players like Ndoro can take the chance and impress.
Ndoro has struggled with game time at Pirates since his move from Mpumulanga Black Aces.
Tinkler told Kickoff.com “Now the door has opened for the other guys like Ndoro. It has opened opportunities for a youngster, Letsie Koapeng. Those guys must step up and hold up a hand and say I am ready.”
Ndoro was an unused substitute when Orlando Pirates drew 1-1 with Kaizer Chiefs at the weekend
