Despite missing out on the league title again FC Platinum head coach Norman Mapeza believes his team is making progress overall and 2017 maybe their year.
FC Platinum beat Tsholotsho 3-0 in the final day of the season but it did not matter much with CAPS United winning against Chapungu to take the 2016 title.
FC Platinum had lead the standings before being over taken by CAPS United. However Mapeza refused to labelled failures.
“This is part of football, there is pain and joy, unfortunately we could not land the title but it was a good season for us, we did well said Mapeza after the Tsholotsho game.
“Two years ago we came fourth, last year we were third and this year we came second meaning next year we can come first.
