Yadah add more woes to CAPS United

CAPS United suffered their second league defeat of the season when they were beaten 2-0 by a determined  Yadah side at Morris Depot this afternoon.

CAPS United controlled the game in the first 15 minutes but let themselves down with the final ball to break the Yadah defence

Wellington Kamudyariwa came very close to giving Yadah the lead when his shot went inches wide off the right post

In the 39th minute Pfumbidzai had a chance to put CAPS United into the lead but could not bury his chances from a free header

Halftime came with the scoreline still goalless but with CAPS United having the upper hand.

In the 49th minute Yadah went into the lead through Jimmy Dzingai who slotted into the bottom left corner after some confusion in the CAPS United defence.

CAPS United battled to find the equaliser and Tafadzwa Rusike curling shot went just inches wide in the 60th minute.

In the 63rd minute Yadah should have been two up when Savanhu had the ball in the back of the net but the effort was ruled out for offside.

Six minutes Yadah did double the lead with Munyaradzi Chiwara scoring from close range. Ronald Pfumbidzai came close again to pull one back when his free kick came off the upright.

The victory sees Yadah end a run of four games without a win and move out of the relegation zone
