Kaizer Chiefs have issued an injury update on Teenage Hadebe.

The defender suffered a knock on the ankle during their game against Cape Town City on Saturday. He was forced to switch his position for the remainder of the game after he failed to cope with the pressure.

Chiefs’ physiotherapist Dave Milner said on the club’s website they will monitor Hadebe during the week.

“We are checking Teenage. He has a niggling ankle injury, and we will monitor him throughout the week.”

Teenage Hadabe also suffered an ankle injury before the season started which sidelined him for over two months.
