Highlanders coach believes Sunday’s Castle Lager Premier Soccer League fixture with Caps United will be an exciting one given the nature of the two sides.
Madinda is wary of the threat posed by Caps United for their Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match at Barbourfields Stadium.
According to the tactician, who’s unhappy with the team’s current performance, expects the game to be self motivating given the nature of the rivalry between the two sides.
Speaking to the Sunday News ahead of the game, Madinda said he hopes his side can make an impression in the tie.
“The players agreed their gear was slightly on the low in the past two matches and there is a need to make sure they match or come to the levels we are expecting of them. There will be fireworks this weekend because playing Caps is a motivation on its own just like playing Dynamos and although we respect them (Caps), the boys have promised to come to the party this weekend,” he said.
