A solitary goal from Lazarous Kambole ensured Zambia reach the final of the 2018 Cosafa Cup when they beat Madagascar 1-0 in the semifinals at the sleaky Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Wednesday.

The Zambians dominated most of the play but it was only Kambole’s 37th minute strike that seperated the two teams.

Madagascar came back stronger in the second half but did little to threaten Zambia’s defence.

In the end, the Zambians held on to their lead and will now meet a winner between Lesotho and Zimbabwe in the final on Sunday.
