Ngezi Platinum Stars conceded their fourth straight defeat on Saturday, and coach Tonderai Ndiraya has described it as a crisis which needs urgent attention.
Madamburo lost 1-0 in a match against Herentals to start their second half of the season on a losing note. Young Tinotenda Benza scored the solitary goal in the 28th minute.
Speaking after the game, Ndiraya said: “We have lost 12 points in four consecutive matches, and as a coach, you get worried, and also it worries the institution.
“We need to act fast and stop this rot before it goes out of hand. I would describe the situation as a crisis which needs urgent attention.”
Ngezi Platinum remain on second place on the log and six points behind FC Platinum who also lost in their match against ZPC Kariba yesterday.
