FC Platinum coach Norman Mapeza has urged his charges to move on after starting the second half of the season with a loss.

The Zvishavane based side lost 2-1 to ZPC Kariba in a match played at Mandava Stadium on Saturday. The defeat ended Mapeza’s long unbeaten run at the venue which stretched from June 2016.

Tawanda Munyanduri and Tawanda Nyamandwe were on target for the visitors while Rodwell Chinyengetere scored the consolation for Pure Platinum Play.

“In a game of football you are bound to get these results, today it did happen we lost the game,” Mapeza said.

“It was just not on our side, and nothing worked well for us today.

“Credit to ZPC Kariba, and now we have to move on to look at our next game.”

FC Platinum remain six points clear on top and will travel to the capital to face Yadah in their next game.
