Premiership bound Hwange will hoping to cap their fine season with a silverware when they feature in the John Landa Nkomo Memorial Cup tournament this weekend.
The competition involves the teams that finished in the top four of the Southern Region Division One. Tsholotsho and Talen Vision will clash in the first semi-final at Luveve Stadium while Hwange lock horns with winners of the 2016 edition, ZPC Hwange at the Colliery.
According to the Chronicle, winners of the cup will get $1 300, while the runners-up will walk away with $ 600. The third and fourth-placed teams will receive $300 each.
Chipangano recently bounced back to the top flight league after beating Tsholotsho in the title race to with the Southern Region Championship.
