Knox Mutizwa was on target on Sunday as he became the fifth Zimbabwean player to find the back of the net in the Match-day 16 of the Absa Premiership.

Willard Katsande, Terrence Dzvukamanja, Walter Musona and Kudakwashe Mahachi all scored yesterday and Mutizwa followed suit in his team’s 2-0 victory over Maritzburg United.

The 25-year-old netted the opening goal of the match with a header in the 10th minute. He could have gotten his brace moments later but failed to beat the keeper in a 1-V-1 situation.

However, the striker picked up a knock towards the end of the first half and was not able to return for the second period.

His replacement, Joao Moreira doubled the advantage upon returning from the break.

The scoreline remained unchanged as Arrows win their first game of 2019.
