FC Platinum and Chicken are embroiled in yet another player wrangle with both clubs claiming to have been the first to sign Perfect Chikwende.

In a contract agreement released by Chicken Inn, Chikwende signed with them on the first of January before going to FC Platinum where he went on to sign another contract and started training with them for the African champions league.

FC Platinum hit back accusing Chicken Inn of signing Brett Amidu when he still has a running contract with them. Amidu claims that his contract with them expired last year but FC Platinum insists he is still their player.

The two clubs previously clashed over the ownership of defender Lawrence Mhlanga which dragged for more than a season. FC Platinum signed Mhlanga at a time he had a contract with Chicken Inn and the Gamecocks refused to clear him, with the player waiting for his contract to lapse
