Highlanders are reportedly set to sign a Zambian striker, Peter Nyirenda.
According to the Chronicle, Nyirenda will conclude contract negotiations before signing a deal in the coming days. He was part of the players who were at the trials held on January 5 and 6 at Crescent Sports Club.
Bosso chief executive officer Nhlanhla Dube confirmed the news to the newspaper saying: “He is coming to conclude negotiations. He will be joining the rest of the squad once all paperwork has been sorted.”
Highlanders are also targeting to sign two more players before the end of the transfer window in March. They have already captured the signatures of Nqobizitha Masuku, Bukhosi Ncube, Prince Dube, Mbekezeli Manzini Sibanda and Cleopas Kapupurika.
