Chawapiwa speaks on move to Amazulu

Former Baroka winger Talent Chawapiwa excited to join Amazulu and sees the move as a big achievement.

The 26-year-old signed a deal that will keep him at the club for the next three years. He had spent one and half seasons at Baroka where he made a name and became a key figure in the team.

Speaking to the club’s media on Thursday, Chawapiwa said: “It’s a good feeling and achievement for me, moving from point a to b is something I’ve been expecting in my life.

“AmaZulu is a big team, I’m excited. I’ve always kept in contact with my Zimbabwean brothers.”

Ovidy Karuru and Butholezwe Ncube are the other two Zimbabwean players at the Durban-based outfit.
