Highlanders have confirmed a friendly match against cross-town rivals Chicken Inn on Sunday.

The two teams were supposed to play in a ZNA Charity Shield match on the same day, but the organisers released a statement this week informing that the tie has been cancelled. The reason to abandon the game is unknown.

Bosso then wrote to the PSL to grant them permission to play the Gamecocks in a friendly match.

The encounter is scheduled for Barbourfields and Highlanders striker Prince Dube is expected to make his official debut after rejoining the club at the end of last year.
