Reigning champions FC Platinum have failed to beat Triangle United at home since 2016 and are determined to end that run this afternoon.

The two teams face each other at the same venue in the Castle Lager Lager Premier Soccer League Match-day 2. The meeting follows after both sides picked up maximum points in the opening round.

The hosts will be without Lawrence Mhlanga due to injury while former United striker Lameck Nhamo is part of the selection to face his ex-team.

In another match on today, Ngezi Platinum Stars host new boys Mushowani Stars at Barbourfields Stadium.

Both teams lost in the opening weekend and will be looking for their first point in this campaign.

Bulawayo Chiefs welcome TelOne following a 5-0 drubbing last weekend while Yadah and Chicken Inn clash at Rufaro Stadium. ZPC Kariba locks horns with Herentals at Nyamhunga Stadium.
