FC Platinum coach Norman Mapeza is hoping his team will respond positively following a 1-0 defeat to Dynamos last weekend.
The Platinum Boys return to action on Saturday against bitter rivals Ngezi Platinum Stars at Baobab Stadium.
“It’s part of the game to lose, but we need to respond,” said Mapeza during a presser on Thursday.
“Ngezi will be high in confidence after winning their last match against Bulawayo Chiefs, so we know the challenge, but at the end of the day, this is a game where we need to redeem ourselves.
“We need to be at our best so that we can get a result on Saturday.”
The two teams are separated by five points with FC Platinum holding a better tally.
The clash will be the seventh meeting between the two sides. The Zvishavane team has won four of those seven encounters while Ngezi have just one victory.
