Real Madrid left back Marcelo reckons his Brazilian colleague, PSG’s Neymar, is a better player than his new Real Madrid teammate Eden Hazard, and having the former at Real Madrid would be “a pleasure”.

Hazard arrived at Real Madrid from Chelsea and will be Marcelo’s teammate at Los Blancos, but even though the Brazilian has huge admiration for the Belgian, he insists Neymar is better.

“Having Neymar at Real Madrid would be a huge pleasure. Madrid have to do everything to sign the best players in the world and his past at Barcelona wouldn’t be a problem,” Marcelo said according to Spanish publication Marca.

“Eden is a top player, a player of high quality and, like Neymar, he has the quality to be in the top five.

“He’s impressive. You can’t compare them, but Neymar is better for me,” he added.
