Coach Rahman Gumbo has picked the captain to lead the Warriors team in their second round Chan Qualifier against Mauritius tomorrow.
Zimbabwe will face the Indian Ocean islanders at 12:30 CAT and Manica Diamonds defender Patson Jaure will captain the team, according to the Herald.
The 29-year-old returned to the national team after a long absence. He was part of the squad which reached the semi-finals of the 2014 Chan edition in South Africa.
Meanwhile, Highlanders are dominating the 18-member Warriors selection with four players namely goalkeeper Ariel Sibanda, Peter Muduhwa, Nqobizitha Masuku and Prince Dube.
Chicken Inn follow in second with three players while other teams have one or two stars in the squad.
The return leg of the fixture will be played next weekend on the 4th of August at Barbourfields Stadium in Bulawayo.
