Macauley Bonne gets another goal for Charlton

Macauley Bonne scored his second league goal for Charlton Athletic in a 2-2 draw at Fulham on Saturday.

The striker who played until the stoppage time was making his second league start at the club. He netted in the 57th minute with a header to restore his team’s lead.

However, his goal was cancelled out by Aleksandar Mitrovic six minutes later as the hosts held on to salvage a point.

Athletic had gone to the break in front courtesy of Conor Gallagher’s effort in the 41st minute, and Fulham got the other goal from Ivan Cavaleiro in the 55th minute.

Meanwhile, Bonne scored a scrappy goal which proved to be the winner on his full debut for Charlton Athletic against Leeds United on Saturday.

He now has five appearances and two goals in the English Championship after joining the club in the pre-season.
