Khama Billiat has revealed the secrete behind the success in his career which has seen him become one of the most valued in South Africa.

The Kaizer Chiefs winger says he always put extra effort into his work and has set his sights on winning trophies with the team.

In an interview with IOL, he said: “I always want to do better. I am working hard and always will. I always challenge myself to do better than the last game and see how far I can go.

“Like I indicated when I got here, I want to win trophies. But we’ve got to work for them. Everyone has to think the same way and we look like a team that understands what we need this time around. But there’s still a lot of things to work on. ”

The Zimbabwe international believes Chiefs are heading in a good direction and it’s a matter of time before they start winning trophies.

The Soweto giants currently lead on the log standings.

“I think we are heading in the right direction. We just have to stay injury-free, so that we can have a good run,” added Billiat.
