Gate charges for the exhibition match between international football Legends and their Zimbabwean counterparts have been scrapped, according to The Herald.

The organisers want to woo more fans to the encounter which is scheduled for Wednesday at the National Sports Stadium.

About twenty former international footballers who include Patrick Kluivert, Gianluca Zambrotta, Fernando Morientes and Julio Baptista will take part in the tie.

The match is a brainchild of the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority in collaboration with the World Class Legends. It was originally set for last weekend, but the plans fell through because of logistical challenges.
