Zimbabwean midfielder Marshall Munetsi says he feels happy after making his debut league start for Stade de Reims on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old was named in the starting XI against French Ligue 1 champions PSG and delivered top performance as his side won the match 2-0.

He assisted the first goal after his cross from the right flank was headed in by Hassane Kamara on the half-hour.

Posting on Twitter after the game, the midfielder said: “What an amazing performance (sic), so happy to have made my first full debut. God is great.”

Meanwhile, Munetsi has now made three appearances for the club he joined in June. He came on as a late substitute in the other two games he has featured in.
